Building Update
We’ve passed the building inspections! While we can’t hold worship services at the new building until it’s complete, we do have clearance to occupy the space.

Church-Warming Party & Gifts
CrossPointe will have a “church-warming party” at the new building this Saturday, August 28, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Drop in when you can to get familiar with the building, register your children with our new check-in system or, if you want, help us stock the new rooms (children, youth, kitchen, offices, etc.). You can browse CrossPointe's registries online or in stores at Toys "R" Us/Babies "R" Us and Target under the first name "CrossPointe" and last name "Church" to help us acquire these items.

Sunday Morning Prayer
Once CrossPointe has moved to the new building, a prayer team will meet before the Sunday morning worship service to pray for all involved. Anybody can join! Sign up by e-mailing Angie Alford.

Youth at the new building!
High School meets Wednesdays, 6:30-8 p.m.
Middle School meets Sundays, 6:30-8 p.m.

Fall LifePointe Groups
Small groups foster deeper community and Christian growth beyond the usual Sunday morning experience. You can view all LifePointe groups' information, including starting dates, by clicking here.

The Saturday Night Scripture Reading group will meet at the Orliches' house (7320 Whitesville Rd., Columbus) this Saturday, August 28, at 7:30 p.m.

Kids' Church Weekly E-mail
We have had a great time in Kids' Church with our new first-graders! Parents might be interested to know that the KC Team sends out a weekly e-mail with information to help students make the most of Kids' Church. E-mail Karan Anne Hawk if you'd like to receive the weekly update.

Highland First Sunday Leaders Needed
CrossPointe sends a team to Highland Community Church on the first Sunday of the month. These volunteers worship with and serve lunch to the church's congregation, largely composed of Columbus' inner city community. If you are interested in leading or serving with a team, call Jenny Smith (706.615.2362) or e-mail her.
