Spiritual Gifts Q&A

Last Sunday, CrossPointe held a Q&A on spiritual gifts to supplement the recent sermons on 1 Corinthians 14. You can listen to or download the audio here.

“One Another” Meeting, July 10

CrossPointe’s members gather every other month for fellowship and “family business.” Plan to be there on Sunday, July 10, from 6 to 8 p.m. As always, non-members are welcome to attend.

Helping Highland: Chicken & Rice

CrossPointe sends volunteers to help Highland Church (3408 5th Ave.) serve chicken and rice to the homeless on the first Saturday of each month at 11 a.m. Meet at the church. Please contact Don van Alstyne (706-324-3061) with any questions.

Men’s Lunch, July 12

All men are invited to lunch at CrossPointe on Tuesday, July 12 (not July 5), at noon. Please e-mail Reynold Counts to reserve your lunch from Chick-fil-A for $5. CrossPointe’s men typically meet on the first Tuesday of the month for food, fellowship and teaching.

Kids’ Church Volunteer Lunch, July 17

All Kids’ Church volunteers are invited to lunch on Sunday, July 17, after the worship service to discuss the future of Kids’ Church. Childcare will be provided.

Starting Pointe, September 16–18

CrossPointe places a strong emphasis on membership in a local church, which is why anyone desiring membership must attend Starting Pointe, a three-part class about the Gospel, community and mission of CrossPointe. The next Starting Pointe is September 16 (6:30–9 p.m.), 17 (9 a.m.–noon) and 18 (6–8:30 p.m.). Childcare will be provided. If you want to attend, please e-mail Robert Ward.
