Members will meet 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, November 7, for fellowship, worship, prayer and general church-family matters. Non-members are welcome to attend!
Meals with a Mission
CrossPointe keeps frozen meals on hand for those in need. Please consider bringing a frozen meal (homemade or not) to put in the freezer. E-mail Danielle Counts for more information.
Youth
High School meets Wednesdays, 6:30-8 p.m.
Middle School meets Sundays, 6:30-8 p.m.
Family/youth ski retreat (December 28-31): Cost includes all meals, lodging, equipment, transportation and a t-shirt. ($170 to chill, $250 to ski, $280 to snowboard.) Those who give Will Hawk their $100 deposit by November 14 get $20 off their total price!
Kids' Church
Help us give our Compassion children, Monica and Mynor, Christmas gifts! We will be collecting donations this week at Kids' Church.
Also, the store returns Sunday! Parents, remind your children to bring their journals with stamps. Each week, children receive stamps redeemable at the store, which they collect in a journal. Please talk to children's ministry staff to receive yours!
Winter Clothes Needed
Highland Community Church's resource-center needs winter coats, blankets, hats, gloves and tents. Please bring donations to CrossPointe's office. Contact Danielle Counts (706.718.0906) or Jenny Smith (706.615.2362) for more info.
20-Somethings Pumpkin-Carving Party
Join us Saturday, October 30, at the Mobleys' for fellowship, dinner and pumpkin-carving. We'll eat at 5:30 p.m., but come earlier for fishing, football, wiffleball, etc.! $10 per person. Reserve your place by e-mailing Meredith Mobley.
