Dear CrossPointe,

Our text this Sunday, 1 Thessalonians 3:6–13, gives us a glimpse into Paul's warm pastoral heart for the church. The emotion expressed is especially significant in view of the fact that Paul only spent about a month in Thessalonica. I think this text has much to teach us about God's intention for life in the local church, and how we should abound in love for another. Read the text a few times and we'll see you Sunday!

Men’s Systematic Theology (July 28–Sept. 1)
Meet Tuesdays at 7 a.m. in Classroom A as we work through Wayne Grudem’s Systematic Theology. This time we’ll look at how redemption is accomplished and applied. Contact Brad Evangelista to sign up.

Midweek Fellowship: Eschatology (July 29, 5:45 p.m.)
