This Sunday: How can we make the gospel visible?

Dear CrossPointe,

As I mentioned last week, we are taking a short summer break from our series through Romans. Last Sunday we looked at Hebrews 10:19–25 and our responsibility as a church family to stir one another up to love and good deeds. If you missed it, I encourage you to listen to it here

This week we are going to look at water baptism—what it is, what it portrays, and why it is so important for a Christian and the local church. We’ll start in Matthew 28:18–20, but from there we’ll scan the New Testament as we piece together an understanding of how baptism is meant to make the gospel and the local church visible to an onlooking world.

See you Sunday!

Brad
