Preparing for Sunday + Weekly Announcements
Hey folks,
After ten months, we’re going to hit the pause button for a little while on Romans. This Sunday we’ll take a look at the story of the Canaanite woman who begged Jesus to heal her daughter in Matthew 15:21–28. As we’ve been studying the free grace of God in Romans, I trust this text will be a good balance and hopefully guard (or rouse) us from spiritual passivity. Pray with me that the Lord stirs our affections for Him this Sunday and builds our faith.
Looking forward to seeing you all.
Grace and peace,
Brad

“One Another” Member Meeting (Nov. 5, 6–7:30 p.m.) || CrossPointe’s members gather bi-monthly to affirm new members, hear missions updates, discuss church matters, and pray. At this meeting, we’ll also vote to affirm two deacon candidates: Kwame Agyemang (outreach) & Matt Prielozny (finances).
Child Dedication (Nov. 19) || If you are a member of CrossPointe who has welcomed a child into your family recently, consider participating in our upcoming child dedication as we commit to raise our children in a way that points them (and ourselves) to Christ. Please e-mail Robert Ward to sign up.
