This Sunday: “The Church, God’s Plan” + Member Meeting

Dear CrossPointe,

What a wonderful Lord’s Day we had last week with Pastor Rapahel Kajjubi from Busega, Uganda! If you missed his message, I highly encourage you to listen to it here. It was a word fitly spoken, so full of truth, Spirit-empowered...just what we needed to hear!

This week we turn our attention to something we have been praying about and preparing for behind the scenes for a while now—a new church plant in 2018 to be led by Will Hawk. On Sunday I will preach a message outlining our overall vision for the necessity of church planting and how the local church is God’s plan for reaching the world. Our foundational text will be Ephesians 3:10 and from there we’ll be all over the New Testament. Then, the following Sunday, Will Hawk will preach a more specific message about the vision for the new church plant that will come out of CrossPointe sometime in 2018.

Finally, don’t forget about our member meeting this Sunday night. We’ve got some encouraging updates to share with you. These are exciting days to be a follower of Christ. The Lord has been so good to us at CrossPointe. Let’s lean forward together!

Grace and peace,

Brad
