Announcements, Dec. 18, 2015

Dear CrossPointe,

On this Sunday before Christmas, we’re going to pause The Sermon on the Mount for a look at Matthew 1 and the implications of Christ’s incarnation. About the Incarnation, C.S. Lewis says it is the “central miracle” of the Bible. “Every other miracle prepares for this, or exhibits this, or results from this.” That's a strong statement, and I think Lewis is right.

Read Matthew 1 a few times (even the genealogy!) and prepare your heart to think deeply about and praise God for the truth that He is with us.

See you Sunday!

Brad
