"Joined Together" (Eph. 2:19-22)
Dear Tribe,
Last week I emphasized that Jesus has reconciled not just man to God but man to man. This week, as we complete Ephesians 2, we will more closely think about how God has reconciled us to each other in Christ. Not only that, but he has called us to live out this reconciliation as a local body of believers.
Ephesians 2:19-22 makes a strong case for the value of the local church. As we’ll see, the local church is vital. Prepare your hearts by reading a few passages below. Please read CrossPointe’s “One Another” Covenant, an agreement which outlines the ways in which CrossPointe’s members unite themselves as a church.
- Ephesians 2:19-22 (sermon text)
- Revelation 21:1-4
- “One Another” Covenant
Grace and peace!
Brad
