Announcements, Nov. 11, 2016
Our text this week, 1 Timothy 6:11–21, brings us to the close of our 1 Timothy sermon series. I hope our journey through this epistle has been an encouragement to us as a local church entrusted with the good news of the gospel. In his closing words to Timothy, Paul exhorts his protégé to fight the good fight of the faith. Of course, Paul is not calling on Timothy to merely try harder but to be fueled by the grace of the gospel. I’m looking forward to working through this text with you all!
