Announcements, Oct. 7, 2016
I’m looking forward to this Sunday! Our text this week, 1 Timothy 4:6–16, is one of those passages that has been life-shaping for me in pastoral ministry. In an age dominated by pragmatism and gimmicks, Paul exhorts Timothy to faithfully plod along, striving and toiling to make much of Jesus and teach all the good doctrine that flows from the gospel.
Read the text a time or two before Sunday. Can’t wait to see you all!
Grace and peace,

Missions Conference (Nov. 13, 6 p.m.) & Dinner (Nov. 16, 5:45 p.m.) || Save the date(s)! Jeff Barkhouse will be speaking at our conference as we consider how our church family can encourage missionaries we support. Then, on the following Wednesday, we’ll enjoy dinner together and spend time in prayer for missions efforts around the world.
KidKeepers Needed || KidKeepers are paid volunteers who care for the church’s children during various events. If you’d like to serve contact Molly Copley. Volunteers must complete Children’s Ministry training before serving.
