This Sunday: “Love One Another”

Dear CrossPointe,

Romans 12 is a picture of what the Christian life should look like as a result of the glorious gospel of Romans 1–11. Because of what God has done to save his people through Christ, they are to give themselves wholly to Him. Salvation begins the process of transformation, which is done by the renewal of the mind. So, what type of life should the renewed mind produce? That’s the point of our text this week, Romans 12:9–13. This is such a vivid and important passage for our life together as a church! I can’t wait to dig into it with you! Read it, chew on it, ask God to help us understand and apply it, and come ready to lean forward together!

Midweek Fellowship (Wed., 5:45 p.m., Feb. 6–Mar. 13) || Join us for six weeks of fellowship with an emphasis on prayer. Dinner ($5/person; $20/family) starts at 5:45 p.m., followed by worship, teaching, and prayer in the sanctuary at 6:30. Childcare is provided! RSVP by Tuesday to Allie Webb.

Poets, Painters, and Storytellers (March 2, 7–9:30 p.m.) || Join Clement Arts for an evening of song, story, and art featuring musical guest Sandra McCracken at Christ Community Church. Proceeds will go to our own orphan ministry as well as an adoptive family from Columbus! Buy tickets online and mention CrossPointe.
 
Member Meeting (March 3, 6 p.m.) || CrossPointe’s members meet bi-monthly to welcome new members, hear updates on various aspects of church life, and share fellowship with one another. Childcare is available.
