Do Not Harden Your Hearts

Dear CrossPointe,

Our text this Sunday, Hebrews 3:7–19, is a hard one. I say that not because this passage is difficult to understand. Actually, I think it’s quite clear. Rather, it’s hard because it is a sober and serious warning to watch and guard our hearts against the deceitfulness of sin which would cause us to fall away from God.  

We need Hebrews 3:7–19 and its warnings. The Lord has given it to us because he loves us. Pray with me that he does wonderful things among us Sunday.
