Let Us Draw Near
Dear Church,
I’m looking forward to this Sunday! We’ll enjoy being ministered to by our first-ever CrossPointe Christmas Choir! They will lead us in singing with some familiar advent hymns and songs, and then we’ll consider one of the mountain peaks of the Bible in Hebrews 10:19–25. It may be the high point of the letter as it builds on all the theology up to this point with an exhortation to draw near, hold fast, and help one another follow Jesus. It is an important text, to say the least.
