By Grace You Have Been Saved

Dear CrossPointe,

If you missed Tyler’s helpful sermon last Sunday, be sure to catch it here. On this family worship Sunday, instead of plowing through a weighty text in Hebrews 12, we will consider one of the most explicit gospel texts in all of the Bible: Ephesians 2:1–10. With the children joining us in the sanctuary, I think about what we hope every child who grows up at CrossPointe will be clear on by the time they become adults. Most fundamentally, we want them to know, trust in, and live in response to the good news of the gospel. No text explains it more clearly than Ephesians 2:1–10. I hope to preach clearly and concisely in a way that ministers across the spectrum—from young children to mature saints and everyone in between.
