This Sunday: "Bless the Lord, O My Soul"
CrossPointe,
This Sunday we’ll be in Psalm 103 (one of my favorites). Charles Spurgeon called it a “Bible in itself” because it is such a rich and full account of God’s glory in saving his people.
It will be especially poignant this Sunday to think about God’s saving power as we witness the baptisms of four people. Seeing the Gospel on display in baptism is such a beautiful thing to behold. Take some time to read through Psalm 103 a few times before Sunday. Come ready to revel in God’s saving grace to us in Christ and rejoice in the baptism of four young ladies. This will be my last Sunday before my sabbatical in July so I’m looking forward to seeing you all!
Grace and peace,
Brad
